The wider world uses approximate historical snapshots for 1783, 1800 and 1815. Borders, control and names changed rapidly; some regions were shared, contested or governed by Indigenous nations. The colonies view uses present-day outlines for orientation. Story pins indicate towns or broad regions, not exact fictional hiding places.

Map sources & story references

Story notes are adapted from the author’s manuscripts of The Flame of Rebellion and The Last Patriot. The atlas includes locations verified in those passages; it does not invent unnamed hiding places or pair relics with countries the text does not identify.

Geographic outlines: U.S. Census / US Atlas and Natural Earth. The wider world uses Historical Basemaps by André Ourednik and contributors. The data are historical reconstructions with known limitations, not a day-by-day boundary survey. Map-data license; source snapshots: 1783, 1800, 1815. All map files are included locally; no external map service or location access is used.
